As a huge baseball fan (Go, Cubs, go!) one of the things I enjoy most is visiting different ball parks. I wish I had time to visit them all. My wife and I try to visit a park each summer, and as soon as our kids are old enough, I’m sure we’ll take longer road trips to see other stadiums.
The thing I didn’t like about road trips was planning them. It can take a lot of effort looking at the different team schedules to figure out who had home games, figuring out how many hours to drive between cities, and if you could make it to the next game in time.
With My Sports Road Trip, that is a thing of the past. This site is dedicated to making it easier than ever to plan your next sports road trip. (See our How It Works page for more info.)
I had the idea of My Sports Road Trip for about 10 years, and finally over the past year I’ve been able to get it out of my head and onto the web. I want this site to be easy to use, and the place everyone goes to plan their sports-themed road trips.
My Sports Road Trip is not run or owned by some corporation. I’m just one person taking care of the different aspects needed to keep it updated, relevant, and easy to use. I do have lots of ideas on enhancing the site, but they will take me time to get ready, so please be patient. If you ever have feedback or suggestions for improvements, I’d love to hear from you. I’ll do my best to reply to you within 24 hours.
